The Queen Alexandra Foundation for Children is a registered charity with Customs and Revenue Canada. We rely completely on our generous donors to help us support the needs of children and youth on Vancouver Island. Your donation to the Queen Alexandra Foundation for Children will help purchase urgently-needed equipment and will fund programs critical to the healthy development of Vancouver Island's children and youth. Since our inception 25 years ago, the Queen Alexandra Foundation has granted over $25 million to support children's care and a further $1.5 million for pediatric research. The Foundation has granted over $1.4 million annually to the Queen Alexandra Centre to support programs and equipment for the children and youth using the facilities at the Queen Alexandra site on Arbutus Road. Every penny of your donation will go to the children. The Foundation's operating costs are covered by our investment income, so that every dollar you donate goes directly to help the kids.
